Let's make the Vade.
Vade is a very tasty dish. Vade can be mentioned as my favorite food. Making them is not that difficult. Any person can easily make them.
Ingredients required.
- A cup of chana dal
- Green chilli or kochi
- Onion
- Curry leaves
- Dried chili pods
- Salt
- Coconut oil
How to make.
- Wash the dal and leave it to soak for about six hours. After six hours, remove the water and separate a handful of dal and grind the rest of the dal.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies, kochi, curry powder and dry chillies to this.
- Add the reserved dal and salt and mix well.
- Then make small balls from the mixture.
- Now put a pan on the stove and put oil in it and wait till it gets hot. After the oil is heated, put the small balls made in the oil pan and fry well.
- After frying well, let it rest for about fifteen minutes and fry again in oil. Doing so will make it crispy.
